Head, Federal Financial Markets Service
Vladimir Milovidov was appointed Director of the Federal Financial Markets Service in May 2007.
Prior to this, from 2004, he was an aide to Russia’s Prime Minister. In 2003, he headed the Department of Financial Markets and Property Relations of the Government Administration. From 2000, he was First Deputy Chairman of the Federal Commission on Securities Markets. In 1998, he worked as consultant to the Prime Minister’s Secretariat.
Mr Milovidov is a graduate of Moscow State University with specialization in Economics, as well as the Institute of the Global Economy and International Relations. He holds a Ph.D in Economics.
